On the court

Tennis is the long-form thing outside work. Eight years of competitive tennis in Switzerland, seven years stringing rackets for myself and a small client base, five years on the Tennis Club Horgen board through three elected roles. Competitive, technical, institutional — same sport, three relationships with it.

Eight years on the Swiss ranking ladder. Career best R4 in October 2024; held R5 consistently since. 230 ranked matches across singles and doubles (as of 15 May 2026).

Started competitive tennis July 2018 at R9 (rank 33,626 of the Swiss ranking system). Eight years on the ranking ladder since.

Started stringing January 2019 for personal use; client work for friends and family followed within the year.
